1955 M38A1 for sale.
This M38A1 has been thoroughly restored with quality parts and labor, and it retains the original arctic hard top made of aluminum and original marine plywood doors. It has always been stored inside, never driven in inclement weather, and has never seen mud or snow. It is being sold because it is not being driven anymore.
History of vehicle: vehicle was delivered to Spokane (Washington state) Army Air Depot in 1955 and painted in US Air Force blue over the original olive drab. Then it was purchased by the Wenatchee (Washington state) Fire Department and painted yellow. Then, it was purchased by an individual in Seattle who disassembled some of the vehicle and then lost interest. The vehicle was purchased by the current owner in 1998.
